Quantum Mortgages has promoted Rachel Thomas (pictured) to head of bridging finance as it continues to expand its short-term lending proposition.
Quantum Mortgages launched its bridging offering in April with a select range of products
made available to key specialist intermediaries and trusted introducers.
Following a successful pilot phase and the completion of its online portal, the lender has broadened its product suite to include semi-commercial properties, ex-local authority housing, and properties in Northern Ireland.
Thomas brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
Since joining Quantum Mortgages as an underwriter in September 2024, she has played a pivotal role in developing and launching the bridging proposition.
Her previous experience includes senior underwriting positions at Lendco, Octopus Real Estate, and Harrods Bank.
