Publicis Sapient, a leader in digital business transformation, today announced a significant advancement in customer service with the launch of its Multi Agentic Platform for Customer Services on the new AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace. This strategic move empowers organizations to rapidly discover, acquire, and deploy cutting-edge AI agent solutions, including Publicis Sapient’s expert consulting services, directly through their existing AWS accounts.

The Multi Agentic Platform is poised to redefine customer service by seamlessly blending proactive, always-on, AI-powered capabilities with human expertise. This integration promises to drive unprecedented levels of efficiency, scalability, and quality in customer operations, significantly accelerating the time-to-market for advanced AI solutions.

Pre-built GenAI stack: Tailored specifically for customer service, this includes an agent catalogue and workflow templates to drastically speed up deployment.Scalable Automation Agents: Customer Service Automation agents are built to run on scalable Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and expandable infrastructure, supported by an automated Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps) pipeline for seamless model management.Enterprise Observability: Comprehensive tools are integrated to ensure optimal performance and reliability of AI agents at scale.

These features enable organizations to quickly develop and deploy large-scale, reliable AI agents across their entire customer services ecosystem.

The availability of AI Agents and Tools in AWS Marketplace is a game-changer for procurement, enabling customers to bypass lengthy vendor evaluations and complex negotiations. Centralized purchasing through AWS accounts provides enhanced visibility and control over licensing, payments, and access.
