The tender also covers IBM Ilog Cplex, a data analysis solution which allows the development and implementation of Decision Optimization models using mathematical programming.
Other IBM solutions sought include the Sterling platform (supply chain), Storage Protect (data protection and backup), and Scale Spectrum (data and files access).
The bidding process has no reference budget. The tender is in the closed bidding format, with the winner being the one offering the lowest total value.
