Ms. Rachel Reveals She Accidentally Ghosted Rihanna

The YouTuber revealed that she accidentally left the “Umbrella” hitmaker—mom to RZA, 3, Riot, 23 months, and is pregnant with her and A$AP Rocky’s third baby—on read after getting a DM from her on Instagram because she didn’t realize it was her.
“I am an elder millennial, so I’m not amazing with Instagram,” Rachel (real name is Rachel Accurso) explained to Kylie Kelce on the August 7 episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast, “so I didn’t know about the requests and top requests, so I ghosted some people for months.”
“Anyway, I’m not a cool person who knows a lot about celebrities, so when I saw a ‘bad girl Riri,’ I was like, ‘Wow this person has so many followers,'” the children’s entertainer continued, alluding to Rihanna’s Instagram handle @badgalriri. “And then I was like, ‘This is such a cute little profile picture, because it’s a drawing.'”
Rachel maintained that she truly had “no idea” that the profile belonged to the Fenty Beauty founder, but she finally figured it out after asking a few people if they recognized the black-and-white sketch, which has been Rihanna’s signature profile picture for a decade.
