Moveworks launches no-code conversational AI creation platform for enterprise

Moveworks Inc., a conversational artificial intelligence platform for enterprise, today announced the launch of Creator Studio, a no-code generative AI platform that allows customers to build their own large language model interfaces to serve as enterprise-wide conversational AI chatbots for employees.

Enterprise companies exist as large, sprawling information networks built on cloud-based applications and systems that are interconnected by machines and software. Each of them contains valuable data, workflows and automations, but they are often difficult to directly access meaning that businesses employ people to act a liaisons to navigate the software or take action when events occur.

“Employees face daily challenges when interacting with various business systems — from updating an account in a CRM to checking the status of a purchase order,” said Varun Singh, founder and president of Moveworks. “They often rely on service owners and admins to bridge this gap, which ultimately results in gross inefficiency. With Creator Studio, we are finally empowering service owners to automate their repetitive tasks within minutes using the power of generative AI.”

Generative AI, which is the same type of artificial intelligence that powers chatbots such as OpenAI LP’s chatbot ChatGPT and Microsoft Corp.’s Bing Chat, has become immensely popular in the past few months due to its ability to understand and respond to conversational language. It can also power human interactions with software, by listening to employee needs and automating actions on the corporate network.

Creator Studio allows enterprises to design custom conversational AI interfaces that can connect with different Software-as-a-Service and cloud-based systems and connect them with chatbots. It does this by using language as a universal interface for each system and workflow through the enterprise – all without the need for coding, scripting or any complex dialogue flows.

The platform itself is designed to be as intuitive as possible for builders, and it is also completely agnostic to department, industry, platform and language. A team can connect it to any system across their entire business if there is an integration available.

Using Creator Studio, customers can extend the power of Moveworks by using its own powerful generative AI by describing the use case they want to build and the platform will construct it for them. This removes the need for dialogue flows altogether and connects business systems for automation in minutes using Movework’s own enterprise graph.

The system is also capable of allowing users to build their own specific conversational queries that connect with any business system in seconds. This will allow Moveworks to quickly allow a sales director to query the status of a deal in a customer relationship management tool, pull data from Salesforce, provision software, check billing information in a finance system and more.

Events can also be tracked and surfaced for the appropriate people, such as remembering employees’ birthdays or proactively running database checkups.

Creator Studio is designed to allow customers to use their own words to build a use case once and then deploy it everywhere. The Moveworks conversational AI is available across every collaboration tool, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and web – it also includes support for communications such as text and voice, with on-the-fly translation for more than 100 languages.
