Moveworks expands its agentic AI assistant to the public sector, enabling government agencies to transform employee support and experience within the GovCloud environment

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., February 18, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Moveworks, the leading agentic AI assistant for the enterprise, today announced that it has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) Ready status and is now listed in the FedRAMP marketplace. With the FedRAMP designation, Moveworks enables federal and government organizations to implement the Moveworks GovCloud secure and compliant agentic AI platform at scale.

“Since Moveworks’ inception, we’ve woven advanced security and privacy layers into the very fabric of the business,” said Damián Hasse, Chief Information Security Officer at Moveworks. “It’s an integral part of our machine learning architecture, business practices, infrastructure, and employee training. The FedRAMP Ready designation demonstrates our commitment to implementing security and privacy throughout our operation, in addition to serving the public sector.”

FedRAMP is a U.S. government program that promotes the adoption of secure cloud services across the federal government by providing a standardized approach to security and risk assessment for cloud technologies and federal agencies. In achieving the FedRAMP Ready designation, Moveworks is poised for business growth as it opens the doors to federal customers for the first time.

“Leidos is proud to support our strategic partner Moveworks in achieving its FedRAMP Ready designation, an important step toward full authorization,” said JR Williamson, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Leidos. “This milestone demonstrates their commitment to security and compliance, bringing them one step closer to providing government agencies with AI-powered automation that enhances efficiency and streamlines operations.”

Moveworks’ wall-to-wall agentic AI system enables public sector organizations to find answers, automate tasks, boost productivity and build AI agents. In addition to Moveworks’ AI platform, Moveworks GovCloud is a specialized environment of Moveworks that is designed for the needs of U.S. government entities at the federal, state, and local levels, offering secure and compliant AI-powered employee support solutions within government-approved cloud environments. By functioning within AWS GovCloud (US), Moveworks not only extends its services to these agencies, but also to contractors, educational institutions, and other U.S. customers tasked with managing sensitive data and workloads.
