The Skills.law group, headed by US-based Oz Benamram, is asking for people at law firms to complete the following ‘Legal AI Vendor Satisfaction Survey’.
The survey simply asks you to grade a list of legal tech companies from 0 to 10 based on whether you are ‘likely to recommend to a friend or colleague?’ I.e. this is a Net Promoter Score survey.
To save companies’ blushes the low scoring ones won’t have their names published, but those that do very well will.
The group said in terms of guidance: ‘Factors to consider about your experience with the vendor:
– Product Quality and Reliability: Performance and effectiveness
– Value for Money: Cost vs. Value, fair price, how widely used
– Security: Confidence in the safety and protection of personal data
– User Experience: Ease of use, intuitive interface
– Customer Support: Responsive and effective customer service
– Integration: Seamless integration with other systems
– Roadmap: How much you believe in the company’s vision
– Joy: Your experience interacting with the people at the company
– Personal Alignment: Company’s values, ethics, and approach
Skip the vendors you don’t interact with by pressing OK.’ I.e. if you don’t actually use that tool, then don’t give a mark, as it won’t help the survey.
