Google’s AI Video Generation Tool Veo 3 Now Available In India: Here’s How To Create AI Videos For Free

Veo 3

Google has launched its AI-powered video tool, Veo 3, in India, enabling users to create short videos from text or images.

Ever thought about turning your wildest ideas into videos without needing a camera, lights, or a full production crew? Well, Google just made that a whole lot easier. Their latest AI-powered video tool, Veo 3, is now available in India and it’s as exciting as it sounds. First introduced at Google I/O 2025, Veo 3 is Google’s most advanced AI video model yet. It can turn your written or image prompts into short, 8-second videos in 720p, complete with background music, sound effects, and even AI-generated voiceovers.

How Much Does It Cost in India?

Until recently, Veo 3 was only available to those paying for Google’s top-tier AI Ultra plan ($249.99/month). Thankfully, it’s now part of the AI Pro plan, which is priced at Rs 1,999/month here in India. And if you’re curious but not quite ready to commit, Google’s offering a one-month free trial, giving you full access to Veo 3 without spending a penny.

This version, Veo 3 Fast is tuned for speed and performance. You can create up to three videos per day. After that, you’ll be automatically switched to Veo 2, a slightly older version that still gets the job done, just with fewer bells and whistles.

Want To Try It Free Without Subscribing?

You can! Just follow these simple steps:

Go to the Google Cloud site and sign up for a free trial with $300 in credits, valid for 90 days.
Enter your billing details, don’t stress, you won’t be charged unless you choose to subscribe later.
Head to Vertex AI > Media Studio, where you’ll get access to Veo 3 tools for free using those credits.

Keep in mind: while AI video generation is fascinating, it’s also resource-heavy. For the sake of sustainability, consider using it thoughtfully.
