Forethought Joins New AWS Marketplace AI Agents Category

Forethought, the leader in agentic AI for customer experience, today announced the availability of its AI-native platform for enterprise customer support in the new AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace. Customers can now use AWS Marketplace to easily discover, purchase, and deploy AI agent solutions, including Forethought’s agentic customer experience (CX) system, directly from their AWS accounts, thereby accelerating agent and agentic workflow development.

Forethought helps organizations deploy AI agents across every channel, including chat, email, voice, and SMS, as well as across customer service, sales, marketing, and account management functions, enabling enterprises to bring intelligence and automation to the entire customer experience.

Forethought delivers essential capabilities, including the industry’s first multi-agent, omnichannel AI, powered by a proprietary agentic reasoning engine and offering multi-channel support, including voice. These features enable customers to cut costs and accelerate resolution times, ultimately transforming how businesses engage with their customers. Forethought’s cloud-native solutions are built on AWS, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and scalability for its customers.

With the availability of AI Agents and Tools in AWS Marketplace, customers can significantly accelerate their procurement process to drive AI innovation, reducing the time needed for vendor evaluations and complex negotiations. With centralized purchasing using AWS accounts, customers maintain visibility and control over licensing, payments, and access through AWS.
