Global career platform LinkedIn has released its 2025 list of Saudi Arabia’s top employers, with four professional services firms ranking in the top 15.

Now into its fifth local edition, LinkedIn’s annual list is a determination of which companies offer the best opportunities for career growth, with the employment and business networking platform mining its own data to arrive at the rankings.

Metrics taken into account include internal promotions, skills development, employee satisfaction, diversity & inclusion, and a company’s local presence and stability, along with the future career prospects that its resume entry tends to provide.

This year, stc and Aramco have come out on top as Saudi Arabia’s best companies for professional growth, with accounting and consulting giant EY rounding off the top 3. Elm, a homegrown business and technology consulting company meanwhile ranks fifth, with IBM (including IBM Consulting) and PwC the two other firms representing the consulting industry at seventh and eighth respectively.

“Our annual list showcases the top workplaces for professionals to grow in their careers. It features companies that offer meaningful opportunities, empowering employees to build secure and lasting careers in a rapidly evolving work landscape,” stated LinkedIn in an announcement. With a majority of professionals in the region seeking new job opportunities this year, these lists will be especially valuable for those contemplating on their next career move.”

The top 15

The full list of LinkedIn’s top 15 companies for professional growth in Saudi Arabia are:
