On September 17, SAIC Roewe officially announced the launch of the M7 DMH, with a limited-time starting price of 85,800 yuan. The most striking highlight of this new car is that it is the first in the world to be equipped with the Doubao Deep Thinking Large Model, which creates an “AI smart cabin with deep thinking capabilities,” pushing the interaction between humans and vehicles from traditional command-based operations to a disruptive advancement towards natural human-like interactions.

In today’s automotive industry, where AI technology is fully empowering the sector, smart cabins have become the core battleground for competition. The Roewe M7 DMH not only wields the Doubao Deep Thinking Large Model as an “intelligent tool” but also opens the most vehicle control ports in the industry. With these advantages, the vehicle can deeply analyze users’ vague commands, accurately anticipate user intentions based on its powerful memory capabilities, and subsequently execute a series of complex vehicle control operations, completely rewriting the underlying logic of human-vehicle interaction.

Thanks to the support of the Doubao Deep Thinking Large Model, the semantic understanding ability of the Roewe M7 DMH has achieved a qualitative leap, upgrading human-vehicle interaction from “command-driven” to “intention-driven.” The vehicle’s system can easily decode complex language forms such as inverted sentences and negative expressions, accurately capturing vague needs like “I want to take a short break” and “Don’t let the wind blow this way,” truly achieving human-like deep thinking. Notably, its vague semantic understanding function covers 15 key scenarios, achieving the highest scenario coverage in the industry, truly making it so that “what the user says, the vehicle understands completely.”

Meanwhile, the industry-leading memory system installed in the vehicle transforms it from a “strange tool” into a “thoughtful partner.” It not only records the vehicle’s status, location, and past user interaction data but also supports multi-dimensional contextual memory from local, traditional cloud, and large model perspectives. For example, when a user mentions they are on a diet, the vehicle will proactively prioritize recommending light meal options when suggesting restaurants later. This continuous accumulation of memory capability allows the vehicle system to shed its cold machine attributes, becoming a smart travel companion that gradually understands user habits and deeply insights user needs.

The complex vehicle control capabilities are another core advantage of the Roewe M7 DMH, achieving an efficient leap from “multiple commands” to “one command does it all.” The vehicle can understand the user’s “implicit meaning” and properly handle multiple vehicle control needs in complex scenarios. For example, saying “Help me lull the child to sleep” used to only trigger the single function of “playing a bedtime story,” but now, one command can initiate a series of operations like “increase the cabin temperature, reduce air volume, close the windows, lower the voice volume, play a bedtime story,” and more. The industry-leading number of vehicle control ports provides solid and reliable hardware support for these intelligent experiences.

As AI technology continues to mature, user demand for smart vehicles has shifted from “fully functional” to “understanding my needs.” In response to this market trend, SAIC Roewe has entered into a deep strategic partnership with Volcano Engine to jointly promote the innovative implementation of AI large models in the automotive field.

Now, the integration of AI and automobiles is moving from superficial functional stacking to deep restructuring of interaction logic. It is foreseeable that the automotive industry transformation triggered by SAIC Roewe and the Doubao Deep Thinking Large Model has just begun.
