Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, September 29, reveal that the blackout in Salem continues. Meanwhile, Marlena Evans opens up to Susan Banks, Leo Stark helps Gwen Rizczech, EJ DiMera confesses to Belle Black, and more. Read on for Soap Opera News’ full breakdown of what’s coming up!

Next on Days of Our Lives: Rachel Shocks Thomas

Little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) has been full of surprises lately — her words, her actions, her everything. And this time, she leaves Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) completely stunned.

What exactly does she say or do? Well, if we had to take a guess, it might just have something to do with Thomas’s dad, Chad (Billy Flynn), and that kiss with Cat Greene (Annalynne McCord). Knowing Rachel, it wouldn’t be shocking if she spilled the tea in the most unexpected way.

Chad and Cat Get Romantic

Speaking of Chad and Cat… while the blackout continues across Salem, the two share a romantic moment. The chemistry? Undeniable. The kisses? Oh yes.

And the sparks are definitely flying. It’s starting to feel like things between them are getting official. But how will Chad’s family react to this budding relationship — especially given Cat’s complicated past?

Leo Lends a Hand

Days spoilers for September 29 also reveal that Leo (Greg Rikaart) lends a helping hand to Gwen (Emily O’Brien). Yes, that Gwen. And yes, that Leo.

The same two who haven’t had a single civil conversation since Gwen came back to Salem. So what could Gwen possibly need help with now — and why is Leo stepping up?

Marlena Opens up to Susan

Meanwhile, Marlena (Deidre Hall) opens up to Susan (Stacy Haiduk) about a growing concern. Her health appears fine on the surface, but physically, she senses something isn’t quite right.

Susan might have the answer — after all, she did warn Marlena that something dark was brewing. And now? Whatever it is, it’s only getting worse. Can Susan figure it out?

DAYS Spoilers: EJ Confesses to Belle

And yes, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Belle (Martha Madison) are still trapped in that hospital elevator thanks to the city-wide blackout. Look for EJ to make a heartfelt confession. Sure, we know he’s sorry. He’s said it before. But this time, he’s going deeper. He’s ready to let Belle know — in no uncertain terms — that his eyes and even his heart are still very much locked on her.

So, what are your thoughts? Do you think Belle and EJ should get back together? Sound off in the comments and don’t miss more DOOL spoilers coming soon!
