In February 2024, ASU invited their faculty and staff to submit proposals for how they would use ChatGPT to better support teaching and learning, advance research for public good, and contribute to a more positive and supportive work environment.
The volume and breadth of proposals submitted during this first round of ASU’s “AI Innovation Challenge” surprised even their CIO, Lev Gonick.
