Android and Pixel have both announced some exciting updates to their device ecosystem. The updates span across AI writing tools, an emoji keyboard browse function, a Quick Share redesign, audio sharing capabilities, the introduction of the Androidify bot, and Pixel Drop updates.
Included in the Android ecosystem updates is the introduction of AI writing tools to Gboard. These tools will help users improve their writing style, proof-read and correct text. A new feature allows users to generate memes in Gboard and receive caption suggestions that can be easily altered.

Emoji Keyboard’s new browse function will make it easier to find and remix stickers. Quick Share has also been redesigned for a more intuitive and simpler file-sharing experience.
Enhanced Audio Sharing Capabilities
Audio sharing will introduce new capabilities such as pairing two LE Bluetooth Audio headphones to a phone, enabling users to share a playlist, movie, or podcast. This feature will support expanded device support, including Sony headphones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Xiaomi devices, and compatible Pixel phones.
The new Androidify bot will allow users to create a custom Android bot by uploading a selfie or writing a prompt. Androidify uses Gemini 2.5 Flash, Imagen, and Veo 3 to caption, generate and animate the Android bot.

New Pixel Drop Features
The Pixel Drop updates feature Material 3 Expressive, making the Pixel 6 and newer devices feel more personal and premium. Adaptive Audio will intelligently adjust to your surroundings, while Loud Noise Protection will secure your hearing from sudden loud sounds. Google Maps auto-launch will make navigation even more convenient, right from your wrist.
