AAA-ICDR: On Monday, the American Arbitration Association-International Center for Dispute Resolution announced the selection of a new leadership team for its board of directors, as well as the addition of three new directors. Karen Layng, CEO of legal consulting company M.A.I.T. Co. and a former member of the leadership team at Vedder Price, will chair the board of directors. Joining her in the leadership are JMK Consulting founder J. Michael Kirkland as vice chair, King & Spalding partner Matthew Biben, who will retain his role as treasurer, and Michelle Tidjani, senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer of hospital system CommonSpirit Health, as secretary. Additionally, senior managing director of The Vertex Companies Dayna Anderson, former CFO and head of finance of Thomson Reuters’ legal division Dave Hindt, and former CEO of Benefits Data Trust Trooper Sanders have joined the board.
