Indian IT service provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the integration of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI Enterprise software into its retail technology offerings.
The move is intended to help retailers worldwide implement AI tools rapidly and at lower cost.
The company will incorporate NVIDIA’s computer vision and digital twin technologies into its products, aiming to help retailers gain actionable insights and evidence-based decisions.
Use of TCS retail platforms with the NVIDIA stack could lower operating expenses by as much as 75% compared with other systems.
TCS has built specialised retail offerings such as generative AI for hyper-personalised content, video analytics for smart inventory management and AI-driven real-time competitor pricing insights.

The company has established a dedicated NVIDIA business unit, unifying NVIDIA’s capabilities with TCS’ contextual expertise to speed up AI adoption.
It is also using NVIDIA training resources to expand skill among staff in areas such as large language models and digital twins.
TCS is also using NVIDIA’s AI foundation training to skill its staff in areas such as NVIDIA Omniverse libraries, large language models and AI-based sales strategies.
