Syntheia has launched a public SaaS version of Super Comparer, its tool that analyzes differences across multiple legal documents. The tool will now be available on a self-service basis.
CEO, Horace Wu, told Artificial Lawyer: ‘Previously, this tool was only available to Big Law through private deployments, now it’s available to everyone.’
The platform offers transparent pricing with a Standard plan at $20 per month for unlimited one-to-one document comparisons, and a Premium plan at $60 per month that includes unlimited multi-document comparison capabilities, he added.
Beyond direct access, Syntheia is also extending Super Comparer’s reach through API partnerships with other legal technology vendors, including workflow automation and legal AI companies, he said.
It can:
‘Identify negotiation patterns across multiple counterparties
Spot differences within document portfolios that might otherwise go unnoticed
Track contractual evolution across transactions, time periods, or practice areas
Benchmark new documents against precedent libraries
Accelerate due diligence by simultaneously comparing documents across multiple deals.’
Wu noted that ‘unlike traditional blacklining tools that compare two documents at a time, Super Comparer enables legal professionals to spot differences, track evolution over time, and gain insights across entire document sets – capabilities that were previously impossible or prohibitively time-intensive using conventional methods’.
He concluded: ‘It reveals precise differences between the actual text of documents, whether you’re comparing two agreements or analyzing patterns across dozens.’
