A real-world application of AI-powered humanoid robot in customer service role;

“Aria” to interact directly with customers to recommend Vegas hottest shows and attractions and help with ticketing and reservations

LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Realbotix Corp. (TSX-V: XBOT) (Frankfurt: 76M0.F) (OTC: XBOTF) (“Realbotix” or the “Company”), a leader in AI-powered humanoid robotics, is putting its flagship robot, “Aria,” to work as a customer service representative at the Tix4 kiosk inside the Fashion Show Las Vegas, providing on-site AI-powered customer service, real-time recommendations and assistance on Las Vegas shows, attractions, and local entertainment.

Starting August 7th and for a limited engagement, Tix4, the Las Vegas’ Strip trip’s go-to resource for all things entertainment, will use Aria’s advanced conversational AI and emotional intelligence to assist tourists and customers with personalized show and entertainment recommendations, real-time Q&A about local attractions and ticketing and seamless customer support in a dynamic retail environment. With its multilingual capabilities and natural, lifelike interactions, Aria will offer a futuristic and engaging customer experience while helping Tix4 expand its reach to the city’s diverse and international audiences. Customers can interact with Aria and ask her questions like “Aria, what’s playing at the Sphere tonight?” or “Aria, where can I get a reservation at an Italian restaurant for 6 people on Friday night?” or “Aria, what are the live music options for tonight?”

This activation marks the first public-facing deployment of a Realbotix robot in its intended business use case and reflects growing interest from partners in entertainment, hospitality, and retail sectors. With scalable production and modular AI capabilities, Realbotix is positioned to meet growing demand for interactive robotic staff.

“We’re taking significant steps in AI-powered humanoid robotics,” said Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Realbotix. “Deploying Aria in a real-world business setting highlights the readiness of our technology to address practical needs. From concierge desks and airport terminals to healthcare triage and museum tours, we’re focused on creating solutions that enhance customer engagement and support businesses in new ways.”

Positioned in one of the country’s busiest retail and tourism hubs, attracting more than 42 million people per year annually, Realbotix is transforming enterprise operations with the ability to bring lifelike, multilingual AI robots into hotels, airports, hospitals, museums, and beyond. The future of service is here.

This commercial deployment represents a major step forward in Realbotix’s mission to bring interactive AI robotics into high-traffic, customer-facing environments. Aria’s placement highlights the company’s progress in transforming prototypes into scalable, revenue-generating products.

“At Tix4, we’ve always focused on making the Las Vegas entertainment experience more accessible and engaging for visitors,” said Andrew Shack, CEO of Tix4. “Bringing an AI Robot into our kiosk gives us a futuristic edge. It’s not just a novelty, it’s a helpful, intelligent guide who enhances how customers explore the city.”

We invite members of the media to meet Aria at the Las Vegas Fashion Show Las Vegas at the Tix4 kiosk. Please contact Realbotix@kcsa.com for more information.
