WASHINGTON — 13 former Atlantic 10 Conference men’s basketball players were named to the NBA 2k26 Summer League rosters. The NBA 2k26 Summer League begins Thursday, July 10, and concludes on July 20.
Dayton’s DaRon Holmes II, Jalen Crutcher and Nate Santos, Saint Jospeh’s Rasheer Fleming, Jordan Hall, Cameron Brown and Erik Reynolds II, Duquesne’s Dae Dae Grant, Loyola Chicago’s Des Watson, Saint Louis’ Terrence Hargrove Jr. and Yuri Collins and VCU’s Jack Clark and Max Shulga were named to NBA 2k26 Summer League rosters.
Six A-10 programs are represented across the 30 teams. Saint Joseph’s leads with four, while Dayton has three and Saint Louis and VCU have two. Duquesne and Loyola Chicago each have one player. The NBA 2k26 is hosted at the campus of UNLV in Las Vegas, NV.
Fleming was the first pick in the second round of the 2025 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. He was named to the 2025 First-Team All-Conference after he finished second in the A-10 in rebounds per game (8.5), sixth in field goal percentage (53.1) and ninth in three-point percentage (39.0).
Hall, who signed with the Dallas Mavericks, played two seasons with Saint Joseph’s where he was named the 2021 A-10 All-Rookie Team. He signed with the San Antonio Spurs after the 2021-22 season. Last year, Hall played for the NBA G-League’s Texas Legends and Windy City Bulls.
Brown, a forward, was named to the OKC Thunder’s summer league roster. He departed the Hawks as the program’s all-time leader in games played (147). He also ranked 19th all-time in career points (1,544) and third all-time in career three-pointers (278). Brown played last season for the Oklahoma City Blue, the Thunder’s G-League affiliate.
Fellow former Hawk Reynolds will join Brown on the Thunder’s summer league roster. Reynolds, was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection and was named to the 2025 Second Team All-Conference team. He left the Hawks as the all-time leading scorer (2,175), three-pointers made (350) and free throw percentage (86.8).
Holmes II, a former Dayton forward, missed his rookie season for the Denver Nuggets with an achillies injury. He was the 2022 A-10 Rookie of the Year, 2024 A-10 Co-Player of the Year and 2024 A-10 Defensive Player of the Year. The Nuggets announced Holmes will be on their summer league team.
Crutcher played four seasons for the Flyers and was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection. He signed with the Orlando Magic’s summer league team. Last season, he played for the Birimingham Squadron – the New Orleans Pelicans G-League affiliate.
Santos, a former Flyer, will join Crutcher on the Magic’s summer league roster. Santos was a 2024 Third Team All-Conference selection. This season for Dayton, he averaged 14.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
Hargrove Jr., a forward, played five years at Saint Louis and started all 33 games in the 2023-24 campaign. Last year, he played for the Bakken Bears Aarhus in the Denmark Basketball League. Hargrove signed with the Denver Nuggets summer league team.
Collins will team up with Fleming on the Phoenix Suns. Collins spent the last two campaigns on the Santa Cruz Warriors. He made his NBA debut last season with the Golden State Warriors. He led the NCAA in back-to-back years in assists and assists per game.
Grant, who played for Duquesne from 2022-24, was named to the Knicks’ summer league team. He played professionally last year in the Basketball League of Serbia and the Spanish League. Grant was recognized as the 2024 A-10 Championship Most Outstanding Player. He averaged 16.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists in route to the Dukes’ 2024 Men’s Basketball Championship.
Watson, a 2024 Second Team All-Conference selection, signed a summer league deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves. This year he was second on the Ramblers in scoring (12.9) and averaged 3.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. Watson scored a career-high 25 points in Loyola Chicago’s first win in the 2025 A-10 Men’s Basketball Championship.
Clark signed a contract with the Philadelphia 76ers summer league team. Clark helped guide the VCU Rams to their 2025 Men’s Basketball Championship title. He was named the championship’s Most Outstanding Player. Clark scored 17 points and grabbed six rebounds in the championship game. It was VCU’s second title in three years.
Shulga, the 2025 A-10 Player of the Year, was drafted by the Orlando Magic in the second round in this year’s draft. Selected 57th overall, Shulga was later traded to the Boston Celtics and was named to their summer league team. Shulga was pivotal in VCU’s regular season and championship titles. He averaged 15.0 points. 5.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 35 games.
