My first time putting music out into the world in this way. Writing and playing music has been a creative refuge for me throughout my life, providing balance and breadth to the focused rigors of research. It’s my birthday, so I decided to take the leap and play one of my favorite solos: from Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd. I did my best to stay true to the David Gilmour original, and once finished, added an improvised part starting at the 1:50 mark.
