Recently, Google unveiled significant advancements in its project regarding AI-driven video creation. Called Veo 3, it is Google’s latest generative video model that will soon blow the minds of everyone who uses it.
Veo 3 goes above and beyond its predecessor by integrating what’s know as native audio generation, which includes dialogue and sound effects; it also has an improved comprehension of complex prompts and sequential events. The video-audio AI tool is available on Tuesday to U.S. subscribers of Google’s new $249.99 per month Ultra subscription plan.
Eli Collins, Google DeepMind product vice president, said in a blog Tuesday that “Veo 3 excels from text and image prompting to real-world physics and accurate lip syncing.”
Google Veo 3:
Scenebuilder: Seamlessly edit and extend your existing shots — revealing more of the action or transitioning to what happens next with continuous motion and consistent characters.
Asset Management: Easily manage and organize all of your ingredients and prompts.
Flow TV: Spark your creativity with an ever-growing showcase of clips, channels, and content generated with Veo. You can see the exact prompts and techniques used for clips you like, providing a practical way to learn and adapt new styles.

Google unveils new tools
These tools are accessible through Google’s new subscription tiers: AI Pro and AI Ultra. AI Pro provides various features with a monthly limit of 100 generations, while AI Ultra offers higher usage limits and early access to Veo 3’s advanced capabilities.
There’s more: Google also introduced Imagen 4, its newest image-generation tool, which they claim delivers higher-quality visuals based on user prompts. In addition, Google launched Flow, a new filmmaking tool that lets users create cinematic videos by describing locations, camera shots, and stylistic choices from text prompts. The tool is accessible via Gemini, Whisk, Vertex AI, and Workspace.
Google has expanded Veo 2’s availability to Gemini Advanced subscribers, enabling the generation of high-resolution, eight-second videos directly from text prompts.
