Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is set to headline Computex 2025 in Taipei, with a 90-minute keynote on Monday at 11 a.m. local time (0300 GMT). Known for transforming Nvidia from a gaming graphics card maker into a dominant force in artificial intelligence (AI), Huang is expected to unveil advancements in AI server systems, cloud computing, and robotics.
Held at the Taipei Music Hall, his presentation comes amid Nvidia’s rapid rise as a leader in AI chip development, especially since the launch of ChatGPT in 2022. The company’s graphics processing units (GPUs) are now critical infrastructure for large-scale AI model training and deployment.
At this year’s Computex, which runs from May 20 to 23 and features over 1,400 exhibitors, Nvidia is likely to highlight its next-gen processors. These include the Blackwell Ultra chips, expected later this year, and future Rubin and Feynman series set for release through 2028. The company is also promoting the DGX Spark, a desktop AI system for researchers.
Nvidia’s push into central processing units (CPUs) designed to run Microsoft Windows, built with Arm Holdings technology, reflects its growing ambitions beyond GPUs. Huang previously wowed audiences at Computex 2024, where his popularity sparked a frenzy dubbed “Jensanity.”
Earlier this year at CES, Nvidia revealed new graphics chips, reinforcing its dual focus on gaming and AI. With AI driving a global tech shift, Nvidia continues to expand its ecosystem, addressing evolving demands in AI applications and edge computing.
This year’s Computex marks the first major tech event in Asia since U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff threats, highlighting global supply chain concerns and the strategic role of chipmakers like Nvidia in shaping the future of computing.
