They lived in Salt lake, Arizona, Washington Utah, Provo, Orem, West Jordan, Springville and finally settled in American Fork in 1972. They were blessed with seven children. Her favorite role was when she played a nun from the Sound of Music in the Pleasant Grove City community play.

Betty loved liberty park and to play on the merry go round with her children. She also enjoyed water fights, playing tag and kickball with her kids and grandkids at Geneva park.

Betty loved Halloween and loved to dress up and make spook allies for her grand kids.

Betty served faithfully in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the primary, cub scouts, as the librarian and the chorister. Betty was also an ordinance worker at the Timpanogos Utah temple.
