Artificial intelligence is taking over recent conversations about technology thanks to the popularity of Chat GBT, an AI tool that can answer questions, create *** persuasive argument, and even write an essay in *** matter of seconds. According to *** recent Fortune poll, about 40% of workers who know chat GBT are concerned that it will replace their jobs entirely. Some experts say AI will create jobs, but here are the industries that are most likely to be affected by this technology media jobs, including roles in journalism, writing, and advertising might be impacted, with economist Paul Krugman noting in the New York Times that AI may report quote more efficiently than humans. Finance and banking will. Also be exposed. Banks have already started incorporating AI into their business plans according to Forbes. Lawyers and the legal industry as *** whole can be impacted with work like searching for applicable cases and evidence being successfully accomplished by AI tools. *** recent study showed that chatbot GPT 4 passed the bar exam. Insider notes that tech jobs like coders and computer programmers are also susceptible to being replaced by AI because chatbots are good at crunching numbers. *** recent Goldman Sachs report estimates that 300 million jobs could be affected by AI with agriculture, mining, and manufacturing being least likely to be disturbed by this technology.

Artificial Intelligence has reportedly cut 4,000 jobs at one of San Francisco’s largest private employers. In a recent interview on The Logan Barlett Show podcast, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff spoke about the shift. He says Salesforce has halved its customer support roles from 9,000 to 5,000.”I was able to rebalance my headcount on my support. I’ve reduced it from 9,000 heads to about 5,000 because I need less heads,” Benioff said.He said he found customer service success at Salesforce using AI.”So we have now done about a million-and-a-half conversations with customers, and at the same time, that’s the agentic layer speaking to the customers. A million-and-a-half conversations also happen through our support agents during that same period, and the CSAT scores were about the same, which was stunning.”The company still has 76,000 workers worldwide.
