I tweeted: “I will do as many push ups + pull ups next 30 days as this tweet gets likes, retweets & comments. No number is too high. Bring it.” It got 20,000, which is 4+ times more than what I was originally mentally prepared for. Still, I said I’ll do it, so I will. This is likely the toughest physical and mental thing I’ve ever done.
In 30 days, I will do 20,000 push-ups + pull-ups, 35,000 bodyweight reps, and run 180 miles.
For 30 days, every day I’m doing the following:
– 6 miles running
– 510 push-ups
– 170 pull-ups
– 170 ab rollers
– 340 squats
That’s 34 rounds of:
– 15 push-ups
– 5 pull-ups
– 5 ab rollers
– 10 squats
Target time for 1 round above (including rest) is 2 minutes. This may not be feasible. We’ll see.
